These Journal are a versatile space for you to write, draw, plan or track your yoga progress. They can be used as a notebook, planner or a space for drawing.
As someone who has used a lot of notbooks and sketchbooks over time I have designed this as something that can be used for both, I have used grey dots rather than a harsh line on the pages of this book. It also has circles that represent the day of the week at the top of each page so that you can keep track of when you have been using your journal. Ideal for journalling and planning!
